Through my exclusive app, you will receive customized workout plans tailored to your goals and routine, complete with demonstrative videos, precise instructions on the order of exercises, sets, reps, and rest time. There will be two workouts—one for the gym and another for home, including additional stretching and relaxation sessions.
 

Constant support via WhatsApp/sms is provided, offering a direct channel for questions, adjustments, and additional motivation.
